Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, Haifa is the daughter of an Algerian mother and Danish father - a diplomat for the Danish Embassies around the world. Her transient childhood exposed her to a multitude of cultures, languages, art, and fashion. These immersions in diversity are the inception of Haifa's passion for photography.

An incredibly visual person, Haifa found herself constantly drawn into the world of photography through color, light, and beauty. The camera opened secret doors, that created conversations with interesting people and gained her access to places otherwise not seen.

After discovering a love for shooting street fashion, Haifa entered art school in London graduating with a BA in Photography. Shortly after graduating, she went on to assist some of the most illustrious and successful fashion photographers in the industry, eventually spending several years as 1st assistant to Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott. These experiences honed her technical skills and bolstered her vision of dynamic fashion.

Photography has long been defined as the combination of science and magic. Haifa's work is often characterized by her gorgeous lighting, and her ability to create images that appear perfectly composed, yet effortless - with an absolute attention to detail.

Haifa's work has appeared in publications including international editions of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, GQ, Esquire and The New York Times T Magazine. She has collaborated with clients including Marchesa, Pamella Roland, l'Oréal and Nike, to name a few.

Haifa is based in New York City.
